BuyResilient.com products are not eligible for return or refund once your order has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

  Shipment processing time:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of order placement.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Orders ship from our warehouse location in Gilman, Connecticut.
  • We do not ship to Post Office Box (P.O.), addresses.
  • If an order is returned because it could not be received at the shipping address provided, there will be no refund.

Exceptions:

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been received. 
  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 
  • Delivery Confirmation

Damages:

  • BuyResilient.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Returns & Claims:

  • BuyResilient.com reserves the right to deny claims for any materials when original shipped order exceeds (30) days. Shipped dates are noted as “invoice date” on all invoices.
